    I've been noticing a lot of homes lately that were not built to make maximum advantage of the lot where they were built. The resale value is damaged by this. These said homes are most likely in tract subdivisions. One very conspicuous example is a home standing neighboring the greenbelt space on a dead-end lot. As you go into the street to the left of the home , directly the cul-de-sac you can find a natural ranchland with a wet weather creek, stunning full grown oak trees and local vegetation. A space that is dedicated not to be urbanized. It's pure Texas Hill Country scenery of the kind one sees in pictures and that you envision appreciating from a back veranda rocking chair or swing. It is way better than looking at a neighbor's property. But whoever built the property really did blow it.
