Ten conditions for a person to have a heart attack.

By: Christian Goodman

The reasons why a person does have a heart attack is still unknown. There might be different factors that causes heart attack, and there are also a number of well known factors from the lifestyle that can lead to this event. Given below is my list of top ten ways that causes heart attack.

10. Smoking . Smoking is really very harmful for our cardiovascular system and especially for our heart. Smoking is known to clog the arteries and raise the blood pressure. There is twice the risk for a heart attack for a person compared to a person who does not smoke.

9. Excessive drinking. Taking one drink per day which amounts to about twelve ounces of beer, five of wine or 1.5 of hard liquor actually does have a protective affect on your heart, but consuming more or even less is simply not effective. So, if you are consuming too much than you might be putting your heart in serious risk because alcohol does raises the blood pressure and has other negative affects on to your body.

8. Eating vegetable. In order to reduce stress and cholesterol level or heal your body from issues with blood pressure or excess weight you do require to exercise regularly. To remain inactive by not doing exercise is a very good way to increase the chances for a heart attack.

7. Anger. Believe me, anger raises your chance of having a heart attack, and it is as dangerous as any health related issues. If you regularly get angry for a long period then it results in the rise of blood pressure and thus leads to a heart attack.

6. Not controlling your cholesterol. Consumption of saturated fats, especially trans saturated fats, calories and eating foods which lacks nutrients results in the rise of cholesterol, which increases your chances to have a heart attack.

5. Get stressed out. Stress is a huge factor that leads to heart disease, so getting stressed out regularly and for long periods can raise your blood pressure, and lead to heart disease and heart attacks.

4. Not controlling your blood pressure. By the increase of blood pressure, the heart needs to work very hard to push blood through, which results it to enlarge and thus results out to be a serious risk for having a heart attack in the future.

3. Not taking your health seriously. By not giving enough time thinking about your health and well being could result in developing heart attack symptoms. So, it is very important to assess your health regularly and pay attention while making any healthy choices daily to keep the heart healthy.

2. By over exerting. By over exertion the stress required to raise the blood pressure increases and as a result the risk to have a serious heart attack increases. If you have any other risk factors of heart attack then you should never over exert your body.

1. By not using my unique Natural Blood Pressure Program. Though you could control your body following the nine topics mentioned above, still you can be at risk to have heart attack.
