How does migrane results in a stroke

By: Christian Goodman

I'm not the first researcher who discovered the connection between migraine and stroke (and remember, all headaches are really migraine headaches). I'm not even the first researcher who discovered WHY people suffering migraine are in such a big danger of suffering stroke.

According to me, I am the only researcher to come up with a solid, everlasting solution of migraine that addresses the basic cause of migraine and headaches and therefore diminishes the chance of a stroke.

The data about migraine causing stroke runs all the way back to 1966. Recently an interesting paper was published that pulled together data from 14 studies - conducted between 1966 and 2004 - that examined the association between migraine and the risk of stroke.

The outcome of the results are really shocking!

People who do experience migraine the risk of suffering a stroke than people without migraine increases by 227%. And if you see auras, then the risk of having a stroke also increases.

Life style patterns of migraine patiences does multiply the risk for a stroke as compared to the people not affected by migraine. So, if you are suffering from migraine then you need to take immense care of your health compared to the others.

Say for example, a woman who use birth control pills and suffers from migraine is actually EIGHT TIMES more at risk to suffer from a stroke compared to another who does consumes these birth control pills but is not suffering from migraine.

If you look at other life style factors such as smoking or bad diet, the results are even more devastating.

You don't require to be a rocket scientist in finding the high risk for a stroke for a migraine patient is actually due to the well known reduction of blood flow on to the brain which occurs whenever a person is suffering from a migraine attack.

Migraine and headaches are in fact NOT the main condition. They are mere side effects of the real condition, which is oxygen deprivation in the head.

It is a misleading information, when we say that migraine patients usually develops a stroke. It is like telling that people who are suffering from cold are more likely to develop germs or viruses active in their lungs. Germs are not caused due to cold, the cold is caused due to these germs.

Once more I have tackled the REAL and fundamental cause for migraine and headaches... which is oxygen deprivation - with my natural migraine and headache exercise program.

Other "associated" symptoms like stroke could be avoided by all my clients only by solving the basic cause for migraine.

One of the main answer for both the conditions (stroke and migraine) is the flow of oxygen into the lungs and up to the brain. This is the permanent healing solution for migraine and frequent headaches. And also you could prevent stroke.

This is exactly what my natural migraine and headache program been doing. And I am very glad to see that the tradition medical system finally agreed with me, however many doctors would probably write that my exercise are useless activity.
