Location

Grosvenor is situated at a very serene location with Colwyn Bay just at the edge; and Leisure Centre and Eirias Park just a couple of hundred yards away. Grosvenor is engulfed around very beautiful and natural surroundings which provide a very relaxing sensation to mind and perfect location for holidays. Local shops, pubs and restaurants are nearby in the walking distance.

Popular tourist destination spots are within easy reach of Grosvenor; Llandudno being only 6 miles away where you can enjoy a great nightlife, Betws-y-coed for a pleasant wood walk around 20 miles away; and Snowdon, which has a reputation of place with Britain's highest trains is 30 miles away from Grosvenor. And if that's not enough, Conwy, Bangor, Port Portmerion and Anglesy all are within easy reach from Grosvenor.
